The Group was initially a construction company set up in 1956, subsequently became a publicly listed company under the name of FENGDI INVESTMENT HK LIMITED Properties Limited in 1972. Consequent upon a scheme of reorganisation, FENGDI INVESTMENT HK LIMITED Holdings Limited became the ultimate holding company of the Group and was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 1990.
